The given net rental price excluding heating costs is valid when signing a contract with a rental term of 4 years. After this rental term the rental price will be renegotiated between landlord and tenant subject to actual market conditions. Where a tenancy contract has a term of less than 4 years (minimum rental period one year) the rental price will be rearranged immediately upon expiration of the agreed rental term.
With a rental term of 10 years or more than 10 years, or an unlimited rental term, an index-linked rent will be arranged with a stable value clause.
