The Luckenwalde Biotechnology Park Department of the SWFG mbH provides its services concerning the running and maintenance of premises and equipment in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 standards and observing good manufacturing practice for pharmaceutical products and medicinal products for human use (Part I, GMP Guidelines Section 3)..

The Luckenwalde Biotechnology Park Department of the SWFG mbH was successfully certified by the German Society for the Certification of Management Systems (DQS) according to DIN EN ISO 9001 + GMP (Part I, Section 3) on 9 December 2004. The latest assessment for certificate accreditation according to DIN EN ISO 9001 + GMP (Section 3) took place in December 2009. No faults were found and the existing certificate was renewed.

Quality Policy

Luckenwalde Biotechnology Park has made customer satisfaction the focal point of its efforts to achieve the highest possible, impeccable quality of the services it provides. To this end, customer requirements for the park have to be recognised and understood. The aims and actions to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction in accordance with a particular company’s own potential is planned in advance. The implementation of requests made are continuously monitored, quantified and evaluated, whereby measures are constantly taken to improve the service provided. Performance and service achieved by the organisation are communicated to the customer.

Technical Services

With regard to technical services to be provided, the Technical Services Section is committed to working according to the latest procedures and to exercise the greatest care and transparency concerning economy and ecology.

An inspection of the specified threshold values and current state of technical plant with documentation and error evaluation is carried out on a daily basis in order to guarantee the highest possible plant safety. Personal inspections are carried out and documented by staff on a regular basis, so that tenants are guaranteed optimum plant availability. Maintenance work is carried out by qualified companies at prearranged intervals. Maintenance firms are listed in-house and are regularly evaluated on the quality of service provided. Staff from Technical Services receive continuous, officially recognised work-related training. Training measures are internally evaluated and documented.
